Solution

Construction-specific polymer products are composite high-molecular polymers. Under the action of high-speed fluid flow formed at the drill bit’s water eye, they rapidly dissolve and are ejected toward the bottom of the well. This high-speed ejected mud can flush up rock cuttings from the bottom of the well, serving the function of cleaning the borehole bottom. In addition, it provides good borehole wall protection during hole formation, with minimal sediment accumulation. It is currently the most economical, environmentally friendly, and easy-to-use pile foundation wall protection material. It possesses certain capabilities to resist various types of contamination and high temperatures, and can improve drilling speed, maintain the stability of the borehole wall, reduce drilling accidents, and lower drilling costs.

Main performance of construction-specific polymers: The slurry prepared with construction polymers for pile driving not only delivers excellent borehole wall protection and collapse prevention effects, but also can adsorb drill cuttings. The thickness of sediment in the hole generally does not exceed 10 cm. Depending on actual conditions, a second hole cleaning may not be necessary. Moreover, the mud does not contain drill cuttings, the friction layer on the borehole wall is thickened, which can effectively enhance the frictional bearing capacity of the pile. It is non-toxic, odorless, and harmless to the environment.
