On February 10, 2025, the Dongying City Commendation Conference for Outstanding Enterprises and Entrepreneurs was held to honor those who have made outstanding contributions to the city’s reform and development. The event aimed to further promote the entrepreneurial spirit, inspire and guide entrepreneurs to bravely shoulder the responsibilities of the times, maintain their passion for entrepreneurship, and strive for innovation and breakthroughs, thereby injecting strong momentum into Dongying’s high-quality development and the building of a high-level modernized strong city.
Yang Guoqiang, Secretary of the Dongying Municipal Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Chen Bichang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee and Mayor of Dongying, presided over the conference. Other attendees included Sun Zaojun, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee; Tian Heyou, Director of the Standing Committee of the Dongying Municipal People’s Congress; Liu Meihua, Chairman of the Dongying Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC); and Zhu Yingkun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Provincial Yellow River Delta Agricultural High-Tech Zone. During the conference, the “Notice of the CPC Dongying Municipal Committee and Dongying Municipal People’s Government on Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals for ‘Boosting New Industrialization, the ‘Four New’ Economy, and Digital Economy Breakthrough'” and the “Notice of the CPC Dongying Municipal Committee and Dongying Municipal People’s Government on Praising ‘Dongying Philanthropic Entrepreneurs'” were read out. Awards were presented to leading entrepreneurs of Dongying, outstanding young entrepreneurs of Dongying, enterprises with outstanding tax contributions in 2024, representatives of advanced collectives and individuals in the city-wide push for new industrialization, the ‘Four New’ economy, and digital economy breakthrough, as well as to entrepreneurs who made major and outstanding contributions to philanthropy in Dongying.
Shandong Nuoer Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was awarded the honor of “2024 Dongying City Enterprise with Outstanding Tax Contribution,” with Wu Xiaoping, the company’s Deputy General Manager, receiving the award on behalf of the company.
