AI Empowerment: Bridging Strategy and Implementation at Nuoer

As the AI wave sweeps across the manufacturing landscape, the pivotal question remains: how can technology truly take root in business operations to drive transformative change?

April 9 to 10, 2026, Nuoer addressed this head-on with a specialized training program, “AI Empowerment: Digital Transformation and Intelligent Scenario Implementation.” Held at the NuoER Biology conference center in Dongying Port, the event drew over 230 key stakeholders, including Chairman Rong Minjie and the Group’s core leadership. Featuring Mr. Li Tan—an intelligent manufacturing expert from ByteDance’s Doubao Large Model team—the program established a robust talent foundation for the Group’s “Third Management Reform.”

Part 1: Uniting Efforts — Forging High-Performance Teams

The program launched with a focus on organizational synergy. Participants were organized into competitive groups with elected leaders to steer their collective efforts. Through a formal oath of commitment, these teams pledged to prioritize responsibility and practical application. This structured alignment provided the necessary organizational guarantee for the rigorous learning, hands-on drills, and project roadshows that followed.

Part 2: Leading Cognition — Decoding Global AI Benchmarks

Mr. Li Tan opened the technical sessions by analyzing global manufacturing trends, specifically addressing the persistent pain points and breakthroughs in AI adoption. By interpreting the strategic advantages of the OpenCLAW framework and dissecting full-scenario applications from industry giants like Huawei, ByteDance, Wanhua Chemical, and BASF, he provided a roadmap for success. This high-level decoding helped participants recalibrate their understanding of AI from a theoretical tool to a core driver of industrial competitiveness.

Part 3: Focusing on Pain Points — Prioritizing High-Value Scenarios Transitioning from theory to self-reflection, teams conducted a “deep dive” into their specific business units. By auditing existing inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks, they moved beyond abstract concepts to identify high-priority application scenarios. This process allowed teams to accurately position where AI could provide the most immediate and significant ROI, ensuring that subsequent tools would be deployed with surgical precision.

Part 4: Hands-on Practice — Iterative Learning and Real-World Application

Knowledge was quickly converted into skill through intensive practical simulations. Focusing on their respective sectors, teams engaged in live operations and interactive Q&A sessions with Mr. Li Tan. This “learning-by-doing” methodology ensured that participants did not just acquire a systematic understanding of digital transformation, but also mastered a reusable toolkit of AI methods that can be immediately integrated into their daily workflows.

Part 5: Project Roadshow — From Business Intuition to Executable Solutions

On the second day, the training reached its peak as 20 initial teams consolidated into 11 specialized task forces. Under expert guidance, they refined their scenario mining into fully-fledged, executable AI pilot projects. The roadshow session showcased a remarkable fusion of pragmatic design and visionary thinking. Each presentation demonstrated the “NuoER Spirit”—a commitment to embracing change and a disciplined approach to integrating knowledge with practice.

Part 6: Glorious Closing — Embarking on a New Journey with the Power of AI

At the end of the training, Mr. Li Tan affirmed the learning achievements of all participants, awarded the champion, runner-up and second runner-up teams, and highly recognized the presentation of 11 pilot projects, stating that most projects can be piloted and implemented. The knowledge gained from the training was transformed into tangible work effectiveness and business value, enabling AI to truly improve quality and efficiency in daily work.

The AI Empowerment: Digital Transformation and Intelligent Scenario Implementation training is a key measure for the Group to promote digital and information transformation, as well as an important practice for talent capability upgrading to keep pace with the times. It is hoped that all participants will take this empowerment training as a starting point, innovate and integrate knowledge with practice, apply what they have learned, break through bottlenecks, optimize processes and improve efficiency with AI, injecting strong impetus into the Group’s digital transformation.

An enterprise is a university, and talents are the strategy. NuoER University will closely follow business needs to enhance capabilities, improve quality and efficiency to cultivate talents, continuously build a teaching resource system that meets enterprise needs, improve talent construction, and provide strong talent support for the Group’s high-quality development and the third reform.
