Nuoer Group Launches Digital-Intelligence Learning Platform and “Starry Sky Project” to Fuel Its Third Transformation

Culture and Talent: The Pillars of Core Competitiveness

In a keynote address, Chairman Rong Minjie delivered a deep analysis of corporate competitiveness, clarifying the decisive role that culture and talent play in long-term enterprise development.

“The true core competitiveness of an enterprise lies in creative talent, for which a strong culture is a strict prerequisite,” Rong stated. “Culture is the bedrock of enterprise development and the fertile soil required to nurture high-quality, pragmatic talent.”Drawing comparisons to industry benchmarks like Haidilao and Pangdonglai,Rong pointed out that their hard-to-replicate market advantages stem entirely from the deep precipitation of their unique corporate cultures.

Rong emphasized a core organizational philosophy: culture is management, and management is culture. Adhering to “culture as the priority and management as the foundation” is the universal logic of world-class enterprises. To achieve this, Nuoer Group will integrate principle and practice by adopting the Kyocera Philosophy as its guiding ideology and the Amiba Model as its practical operational framework. Furthermore, the group will practice the essence of Peter Drucker’s management theory—focusing on ideology to inspire employee goodwill while driving creative empowerment to unlock individual potential.

Looking ahead, Rong noted that an enterprise must function as a university, with cultural communication serving as its primary mission. He urged all employees to strip away superficial slogans, take root in their positions, and deliver quantifiable, perceptible results at the grassroots level to secure Nuoer’s century-old foundation.

Activating the “Starry Sky Project” Clean-Loop System

Fu Xixin, head of the Corporate Culture Center, introduced the structural system and operational concept behind the “Starry Sky Project.” The project is built around six core job responsibilities and utilizes the Yunxuetang platform to conduct online assessments. This creates a closed-loop management mechanism that ensures corporate culture genuinely sinks into daily operational workflows.

The ceremony reached an emotional peak during the official appointment and flag-presentation sessions:

Passing the Torch: Chairman Rong Minjie presented flags to the cultural commissars of each subsidiary, symbolizing the official handover of the cultural communication mission.

Empowering Volunteers: Yu Qinghua (Chairman of Dongying Port Industrial Park) and Zhang Jinjie (Deputy General Manager of the Group) jointly issued official appointment letters to the Starry Sky volunteers, instilling a shared sense of collective glory and responsibility.

The Solemn Oath: Raising their right fists, all cultural commissars and volunteers took a powerful oath, vowing to stand at the frontline of grassroots construction and build a cultural system unique to Nuoer.

Driving Talent Development via Digital Intelligence

The event also celebrated the launch of the group’s new digital-intelligent learning platform. Li Wuquan, Executive Principal of Nuoer University, detailed the platform’s robust architecture, which features 8 special zones and 42 functional modules.

At launch, the platform boasts more than 1,000 high-quality courses. Equipped with cutting-edge intelligent technologies, it digitalizes and automates the vast majority of Nuoer’s cultural publicity and talent cultivation workflows.

Representing the group’s technology partner, Xuanxing Smart Technology attended the site and pledged its ongoing support. The partner will actively drive the platform’s iterative upgrades, refine Nuoer’s talent cultivation ecosystem, and help preserve the enterprise’s long-term intellectual and knowledge assets.

A New Voyage Toward a Century-Old Foundation

To conclude the ceremony, the attending leadership team and guests jointly pressed the launch button, officially initiating a new era for Nuoer Group’s digital-intelligence learning platform.

By allowing the digital platform and the “Starry Sky Project” to empower each other, Nuoer Group has successfully injected a powerful, self-sustaining impetus into its third transformation. Moving forward, the group will continue to anchor itself in cultural heritage, focus heavily on talent development, and leverage digital intelligence to steadily march toward becoming a world-class enterprise.
