The Power of Culture | Nuoer University’s Special Training Program, Culture as Business, Concludes with Resounding Success

Character is culture, and culture is business. To strengthen the foundation of Nuoer’s cultural development, establish a seamless connection between culture and business, align shared values, embed the core principles of “integrity, altruism, care, and gratitude,” and achieve mutual success in employee growth and enterprise development, Nuoer University organized the special training Culture is Business: The Growth Path from Cognition to Practice on June 5, 2026. The Group Chairman and more than 230 management personnel attended the training, drawing on mature corporate culture implementation practices, uniting people through culture, driving business through culture, and supporting Nuoer’s centennial vision through culture.

Li Wuquan, Executive Principal of Nuoer University, reviewed the 23-year development journey of Nuoer Group (2003–2026), demonstrating that Nuoer’s continuous growth has been driven by its corporate culture. The power of corporate culture has consistently guided the company’s progress. Corporate culture provides the organization with cohesion, passion, rational thinking, direction, disciplined habits, and self-governance, enabling the organization to align its thinking and unite its people; unlock potential and encourage innovation; establish clear standards and uphold core principles; guide all employees toward shared goals; and ultimately foster self-motivation, self-reflection, and self-management.

Part 1: Trace the Source of Benchmarks, Gain Insight into the Core of Culture-driven Development

At the beginning of the training, Mr. Liu Da used the development history of Fotile as a case study to analyze the logic behind building a distinctive management system based on Confucian culture. Focusing on mission, vision, and values, he explained Fotile’s top-level design centered on “reassuring customers, enabling employee growth, fostering a positive social ethos, and ensuring sustainable operations.” This helped break the common perception that “culture is merely empty talk,” allowing participants to understand that an excellent corporate culture is the fundamental driving force behind sustainable business growth.

Part 2: Implement the Core Philosophy, Make Good Use of the “Five Ones” Self-cultivation Practice Tool

This training focused on the “Five Ones” cultivation method: set an ambition, read a classic, correct a fault, perform a filial act, and do a good deed every day. Through numerous practical examples from daily life, participants learned simple and actionable methods of character development, enabling the integration of personal self-cultivation with their daily work responsibilities.

Part 3: Apply What You Have Learned, Discuss and Transform New Ideas for Nuoer’s Implementation

Participants drew on their own experiences and, based on real-world scenarios in the Group’s production, management, operations, and other business areas, identified practical entry points for implementing corporate culture. They discussed how to integrate character development and a people-oriented philosophy into process optimization, site management, and team building, while identifying practical ways to align corporate culture with business objectives. Participants shared implementation ideas, exchanged perspectives, and refined their approaches, successfully transitioning from benchmark learning to practical implementation. Outstanding groups were recognized and awarded to encourage active participation and continuous practice.

Part 4: Successful Conclusion, Boost High-quality Development with the Power of Culture

At the conclusion of the training, the Chairman stated that this program marked an important milestone in the Group’s ongoing efforts to deepen its corporate culture. Going forward, all participants are expected to apply what they have learned by translating cultural values into everyday work practices, driving business excellence through personal character development, putting the principle that “culture is business” into practice, and supporting the steady advancement of the Group’s third management reform.

The Power of Culture | Nuoer University’s Special Training Program, Culture as Business, Concludes with Resounding Success

As a platform for promoting corporate culture and developing talent, Nuoer University will continue to introduce and deliver learning programs that meet business needs and support career development. By cultivating people through culture and empowering them through management, it will continue to strengthen the cultural and talent foundation for the high-quality development of Nuoer Group.
